Info from Licensor: "I was in a traffic jam, sitting in my car when I saw the man leave his vehicle and open fire on the policemen. A policeman fell to the ground, and then, a woman. Then, I accelerated by the cars in front, that's when I saw the shooter fall to the ground and get shot by the police and began to film."
