Chicken Helps Keep Baby Bunnies Warm

Occurred on April 4, 2021 / Canada

Info from Licensor: "My problem, according to my husband, is an unhealthy habit of drinking & online shopping (the shopping part I mean). I have a propensity to teeter in from a cocktail party, kick off my heels, pour (yet another) glass of wine, open my laptop & buy an animal or twelve. That's how the peacocks entered our lives. It all started with chickens - but chickens are a gateway drug & now I have a pig rooting around on my living room carpet, a diapered lamb in my daughter’s bed & an emu decorating the furniture with pizza-sized splatters of liquified poop. The Internet is full of rabbit holes & falling down mine has created a wonderland of goats, mini sheep, micro horses & donkeys, alpacas, pheasants, turkeys, geese, ducks, quail, guinea fowl, chickens, parrots, dogs, cats, lizards, several of the worlds largest bunnies, - a warren of the world’s 3rd largest rats & a trio of failed mini pigs. And while my husband gets to win every 'you think YOUR wife is crazy?' dinner party conversation, I get to peek in the barn at night to see pigs & emu & alpaca & sheep & horses & bunnies, etc tangled up in a wanton display of hooves & wings & tails. Usually, a peacock is balanced on top - the cherry, as it were."
