Hurricane Harvey Flooded Roads

Info from Licensor: "I decided to check the road conditions on 08/28/2017 to see if they were impassible. I have a Land Rover LR4 that can drive through conditions like this with no problem. So I was confident I could drive through water up to my hood. I continued down the road until I saw serious amounts of water rushing across the bridge for Buffalo Bayou. At that point I knew it wasn't safe and drove back through all that water."
