Bystanders Save a Hooked Pelican

Info from Licensor: "My family and I decided to take a Florida vacation. On the last day of our vacation, we decided we wanted to go to Fort Myers Beach and do some fishing off the pier. While there I saw a young gentleman walking with a pelican bird and it was the cutest thing I’d ever seen. I decided to take out my phone and start filming. That’s when he told me the bird had a hook stuck in its arm. My awesome fiancé offered to help and after about three minutes of struggling with the bird and holding him down they finally got the hook out. I decided to stick around for a few and watch the pelican. I tried to offer it food but it was confused, walking around in circles for a while. I was worried if it was going to be able to fly again so I searched rescue numbers for wildlife. Eventually, he just started walking normally and he flew away! The hook stuck in his arm was from a fisherman fishing off the pier."
