Erratic Driver Finally Caught by Police

Info from Licensor: "My dashcam captured a driver who was impaired on what was later determined to be heroin. The driver went off the road multiple times, then spun out in oncoming traffic. Later in the video, the car forced another car off the road before getting pulled over by New Jersey State Police."
