The M is on Fire

Info from Licensor: "I was walking home from work, listening to music. At about 8:17pm, As I’ve got Lady Gaga playing and I’m jamming, I noticed something that looked like sparks or embers from a fire in the corner of my eye, so I turn to look and it looked like maybe a small fuse or bulb blew. The fire started, I took some footage quickly as I was on my way inside to let the staff members know what has just happened. A woman a few steps ahead, and I told the staff “Fire, fire on the big M!”. The work leaders sprinted outside to inspect as well as the other woman, I told the rest of the staff what was happening and showed them the footage I had taken moments before. The emergency services were contacted as one of the staff team leaders returned from outside. Everyone was gobsmacked, as was I, so I ordered a hot apple pie and ate it as I went outside to see what was going on. The fire grew to be more intense and people were stopping in their cars to watch the blaze. I noticed there were parts of the burning sign, falling off, landing on the grass and burning that grass. It had rained that day so it could have been worse. I took further footage of said parts falling off and had to make a detour on my walk home as the debris and smoke were flying in my direction. Eventually, the fire had been put out, and is currently still standing with half of its being completely singed."
