Wild Driver Swerves into Parked Car

Info from Licensor: "Pretty much out of nowhere, a black vehicle drove over the curb, turned, and started driving the wrong way towards me. He then veered back into the parking lot. Though it can only be heard on camera, the black vehicle smashed into the red car that was parked in the lot."
