Pitbull Attacks Young Boy Playing With Uncle

Info from Licensor: After coming home from school, my son walked into the house when my younger brother (my son's uncle) was feeding the pitbull. The uncle used a small knife to play with and try to scare my son. As the uncle is the person who often feeds the pitbull, the dog thinks that the boy is attacking the uncle that why it attacks my him to protect the uncle. After being bit by the pitbull, my son has 20 stitches on his lips, 3 on his eyes and 1 on his nose. Credit: Tin Hai.
