Man Attempts Fence Jump Escape

Info from Licensor: "My wife and I were driving by Mercy Hospital Mental Institution in Lorain, Ohio. This guy was being chased out of the hospital trying to escape. We had to keep driving so we didn’t see the end. I’m guessing they got him."
