Motel Refuses to Serve Man with No Explanation

Info from Licensor: "My air conditioning was broken at the house so when I got off of work I went to get my fiancé and I a room at the Holiday Inn Express. I’ve stayed at these hotels before just not this location. I was just talking to Patrick at the front desk prior to me pulling up and he told me that he had rooms available. Upon arrival, he gave me a key to go look at the room to see if I liked it. I went and viewed the room and returned to tell him I approved of it. All of a sudden he says he (changed his mind) and is making a decision not to accommodate me. I kept asking him why and he never explained to me. I offered to pay with cash, credit/debit card. It was a horrible experience."
