Cyclist vs. Driver on Cell Phone Road Rage

Occurred on April 26, 2017 / Rochester, New York, USA

Info from Licensor: "I'm a full-time commuter cyclist in Rochester, NY and record my commutes. During a particularly bicycle unfriendly stretch of my commute, someone with a cellphone up to their ear while driving a SUV passes me unsafely. They end up getting stuck behind a red light soon after passing me and I catch up to them before the light changes green. The driver is an older woman and after I start scolding her for being so reckless, she immediately tells me "you shouldn't be out here, dumbass", which prompts yet another argument on how bicycles don't belong in the road. As if I haven't heard it before, contrary to what the vehicle and traffic law says. You can audibly hear the driver tell me to "drop dead" as she drives off at the end."
