Plumber Snakes the Shower Curtain

Info from Licensor: "There was a plumber working in another apartment to clear a clog. Our toilets were apparently connected and he busted through our toilet from the other apartment with us I snake and it tornadoes our shower curtain. End result, no toilet for us."
