Info from Licensor: "This is my Pembroke Welsh Corgi with a tail, which gives him incredible balance. His name is Oliver aka Ollie. He loves to chase lights, play fruit ninja, and boop balloons. He’s already had an ACL repaired, but that doesn’t hold him back. He will be nine in November. I gave him leftover birthday balloons, posted the video and he found his audience."
