Rescuing a Chihuahua Lost in the Street

Info from Licensor: "We were in Mestre, a city in the province of Venice. At 4 PM, we saw this chihuahua puppy from afar. He ran in the middle of the road for 2 kilometers until we managed to get close with our car. No cars stopped, they all went ahead and there were even people filming the scene. I jumped out of the running car, but couldn't catch him. The driver (my friend) managed to overtake the dog with the car and tried to catch him, but he couldn't either. We ended up managing to block and pick up the puppy after he bit my hand because he was scared. As soon as he realized we had good intentions, he immediately calmed down. Luckily, the mistress's telephone number was written on his tag. She immediately arrived after the call and we gave her the puppy without accepting any compensation, obviously. The owner, a 45-year-old woman, explained to us that she left the dog with her 85-year-old mother who hadn't even realized he had escaped."
