Info from Licensor: "I was at Shelly Beach in Port Macquarie with my family. when walking back to my car I noticed a car driving down the beach heading for the water. I stopped, pulled out my phone and started recording the car who's owner and driver was unknown to me. I waited around to watch the local police talk to the driver as well as breathalyze him. He claimed that he was just washing his tires."
