Police Fire Pepperballs at Naked Man in Window

Info from Licensor: "From my living room window, I saw several police cars pull into my apartment complex. Officers had weapons out and were firing upwards into a building next to mine, so I left my apartment and went for a better angle of the action. What I saw was what you see on video. Other witnesses informed me that the naked man was screaming jibberish and groping himself out of his window, which is why cops shot pepperballs onto him, in addition to keep him from falling out of his window. I have a saved snapchat story of all these events."
