Info from Licensor: "A classic case of road rage. A man ran a red light and got pepper sprayed in the face. There is no history. I saw him in the mirror, when in front of a blinking traffic light, he started to flash back at the heart-rending, moved to the right and crept in along the curb. The rest is on video."
