Altercation Leads to Stolen Vehicle

Info from Licensor: "Just getting gas at a Circle K in Phoenix AZ when I see some dudes saying what up to each other. I thought they knew each other, so I'm done pumping my gas and get back in my car to leave. That is where the video starts... I guess they didn't know each other. Location Phoenix. 7th street and Thomas road. Happened 8/25/15 at 3:30pm or so...."
