Suspected Thief Goes Crazy After Being Confronted

Info from Licensor: "A guy I did not know tried to steal my workout equipment. I caught him in the act of taking it. He started shouting racial insults, obscenities and calling me names. He followed me when I walked away and kept harassing me and shouting extremely racial insults and obscenities. I videoed on my iPhone the whole exchange. He told me at the end of his rant to go back to where I came from. He then left. I called the police, but he had already got into a car and drove away. I tried to get the license plate number but there was no license plate. The police could not do anything because he had gone. This took place in the area of Bluff Park where I live. The incident occurred on the beach stairwell while I was working out on the corner of Redondo and Loma."
