Rat Startles Man When It Jumps Off Birdfeeder

Info from Licensor: "I had just charged my Ring doorbell cam and it captured video of a rat jumping at me from a bird feeder that was attached to the window. I freak out, nearly jump the railing, then jump again because I thought the rat was coming back for more but it had already scampered off the porch."
