Vultures Stand Frozen Still in Time

Info from Licensor: "This video was taken at the rest area of Halfway Across Aligator Alley (Everglades Pkwy). My wife and I noticed two vultures standing with their wings opened, not scared of any people walking by, it seemed like they were frozen in time and couldn't move."
