Baby Seal Rescued and Reunited With Mother

Info from Licensor: "in la Jolla coves some baby seal fell in the water and started crashing into the shores because of high tide. then some lady saved the seal and brought it to the lifeguard tower. then the lifeguard brought it back to its mother and they were happy together :)"
