Gliders Low Final Approach over Lake

Info from Licensor: "I'm a competition glider pilot, and was flying the Nordic Junior Gliding Championships 2018 which took place on Räyskälä Airfield. The airfield is very famous for having a runway that starts/ends at a lake, so if you have extra energy in your plane, you can zoom above the lake for some extraordinary views and for great fun. I was flying home from a competition task and decided to go low above the lake for some great fun. In regards to safety, I did everything I could to make it safe from a flying aspect; proper radio-calls to advise other traffic, landing pattern to check for traffic in the air and the ground, plans for if something failed etc. landing procedure was also as briefed by the organizers. A stunt like this does, of course, comes with the risk of going into the water, but in that case, I would be the only one who dealt with the physical damage. The stunt succeeded and people enjoyed it."
