Returning A State Troopers Hat

Info from Licensor: I was riding my bicycle in Greenville, SC. I came across a state troopers hat in the middle of the road. Because of history with law enforcement, I wanted to just ignore it. But since changing my life I decided to do the right thing and try to return it. So I rode to the South Carolina highway patrol office on Villa Park. When I rang the bell a Sargent answered and was immediately shocked at what was in my hand. When I explained the situation, he asked me to stop recording, then told me that I saved that guy's career.
