Cops Chase Man After Car Crash

Info from Licensor: "The driver appeared intoxicated after losing control and crashing into a parked car. Cops arrived within seconds. After demanding he put his hands up, the driver then removes his jacket and proceeds to run from the officers. He was caught by police shortly thereafter."
