Info from Licensor: "There was very heavy rain and certain areas in Mumbai faced water logging everywhere. The guys in this video made a floating structure and started to enjoy the rain. While enjoying on the street,a van came from behind and due to the waves, their floating career and they lost balance and fell down which was very funny."
