Peculiar Black Pool Wiggles

Info from Licensor: "We were riding 4 wheelers down a dirt road in Hollister, Oklahoma. There are lots of these black spots in the road and no one can figure out what they are. They are very elusive looking with millions of little something's. It's pretty amazing to look at."
