Stealing Gas From a Truck

Info from Licensor: "It was approximately 6 am last Friday when I caught this woman siphoning fuel out of a company vehicle. I confronted her and called the police who in turn found her a few miles away. They let me know the vehicle was also stolen. So this dummy was stealing gasoline for a stolen car."
