Info from Licensor: "I was walking outside after an ice storm. I did not realize the steps were icy, so I fell and smacked my head. I was not seriously injured as a result. My glasses flew off, and my niece assisted me in picking them up and trying to help. She then also fell. This occurred outside of my home in the front yard."
