Info from Licensor: "In Forest Grove, Oregon, there was a 2 way stop that had been there for a very long time. One day, the 2 way was turned into a 4 way stop, and not many people seemed to notice. The city put up plenty of warning signs saying there is a new traffic pattern, but people were so used to their old habits that they continued to blow through stop signs."
