Police Help Rescue Young Boy Stuck in Chair

Info from Licensor: My son was playing in the dining room with his cars, and he got really quiet, so I went in the dining room to check on him and he was just hanging out in the chair. He was not crying or hurt when I found him! I tried everything to get him out, including using a knife to cut the chair and to lift him out by his arms. When nothing was working, I called his dad at work, and he told me to call 911. They arrived within 3 minutes, and he was taken out of the chair with bolt cutters in less than 5 minutes from the time they arrived! He was checked out by paramedics and he was NOT hurt in any way!"
