Flood Covers Road in Debris in Arizona

Info from Licensor: This is a video of the flash flood from Oatman Arizona on July 31st around 6PM on Boundary Cone Road and Route 66. My boyfriend was leaving work from the hotel in Oatman. He was not able to leave Oatman until a huge bulldozer came through and uncleared the road of boulders, debris, and mud around 9 PM.
