Stuck on Train Tracks

Info from Licensor: "Woman and her dog stuck on train tracks. She had been drinking and had no idea why her vehicle was stuck. We approached the vehicle to talk to her. Then the train horn sounded. We had less than a minute but were able to bring both the woman and her dog to safety before the impact."
