Two Accidents in a Single Roundabout

Info from Licensor: "My car was fine, It's not the nicest cosmetically anyways, just a scrape on the bumper. The truck had a smaller dent, and the GMC might have had some bumper damage, nothing super major but I didn't get a chance to really see. There were two people in the GMC who didn't seem to speak great English, and both tried shaking our hands, which we both declined. I talked on the side with the truck owner to let him know I had dashcam footage, so I was getting his number to send him the footage. While that was going on, the GMC just left. I asked the truck owner if he wanted me to follow him and he shrugged."
