Info from Licensor: "I got in my Kayak to survey the flood damage to my neighborhood and warn neighbors to stay off the roadways to prevent them from putting their lives in danger. I encountered a submerged Car and saw the bayou completely out of its banks. The neighbors were very thankful for the warnings and chose to stay indoors."
