Semi-Truck Pit and Run

Info from Licensor: "A semi-truck merged into the back quarter panel of a passenger car in a perfect pit maneuver, spinning said car, and then pushing the car into the guard rail. The semi then fled the scene of the accident and was caught about ten miles south by state police. The driver was okay, but very shaken up."
