Info from Licensor: "Happened on my mom's birthday. We put up a zip line for the kids and us adults decided to try it. I went and shifted my body different so the spring did not stop me and it caused me to do a back flip off and fall to ground. I went to her and, luckily, she just had a cervical strain and a contusion.
