Free Bike Didn't Come with Riding Lessons

Info from Licensor: "I was cleaning out rubbish in my house and putting it all in a pile out the front. I saw a random drunk guy ruffling through, trying to pull the old bike out. I came out, and said, ‘Hey mate, do you want that bike?' He mumbled back, ‘Yeah uhhh yeah I do.’ Then, he took the bike, and tried walk off with it, which I found funny. So, I decided to record it."
