Info from Licensor: "Jnnellyjr was at tempest attempting a box jump to a backflip. He landed it first try but tried attempting a better one. His brother, Jnnelly, mentioned trying a double backflip off the box jump. With this in mind, jnnellyjr forgot what trick he was attempting as he jumped, leading to a brutal fall. Luckily he had enough body control to brace the impact."
