Suped up Golf Cart Takes Corner too Sharp

Info from Licensor: I got this video off my surveillance cameras after my neighbor knocked on my door wondering what took place outside (at the end of the video). The Audio-Video business owner next door took a golf cart (used for events) and suped it up. No one was injured, the owner of the golf cart is not in the video. The driver did not have permission to take on-road.
