Downed Power Line Catches Fire

Info from Licensor: "I was driving home from work during a thunderstorm in Jacksonville, FL on Atlantic Blvd near I295. I saw a transformer blow and the stoplights started to flash yellow. I started to go forward and then the power line dropped and caught everything it touched on fire. If I had been a few seconds earlier, it would have landed on my truck and could have killed me."
