Columbus Police Officer Curb Stomps Handcuffed Man

Info from Licensor: "Saturday April 8 2017 6:40am, we heard a gun shot and at 6:45am we heard somebody running then yelling 'I'm down I'm down'. We looked out the window and saw a police officer on top of a guy handcuffing him. The man asked the officer why he's being so aggressive and that he was being recorded and then another officer comes up and kicks the man in the face."
