Info from Licensor: "I was awakened at night with a call to run away from the house as the fire started. The entire upper floor burned down in the house, 54 apartments were completely burned out. Residents of the burnt apartments are accommodated in a hotel. The preliminary cause of the fire is a wiring fault."
