Massive Downpour on M1 Motorway

Info from Licensor: "One second we were driving down the motorway doing 100 km an hour next second we are getting flooded on the motorway with waterfalls all around us. We continued driving down the road about 10 miles more and the rain had stopped and the roads are all dry. It was bizarre."
