Woman Shares a Snack with Her Furry Friends

Info from Licensor: "'Peanut' is a twin Charolais-cross breed calf. She was born February 8th, 2019 and was an abnormally small calf at birth, weighing about 35lbs when born. That is less than half the size of a regular calf born here at the farm with most calves weighing 80-90lbs at birth. Her mama is a first-time mom and only had enough milk to support one calf so her mama got to keep the bigger of the two calves leaving Peanut an orphan. With a wicked late winter and single digit temps for the entire month of February, Peanut moved into the farmhouse to live in order to be monitored better by her owner. She goes in and out of the house with the dogs to go potty, she gets her bottle in the kitchen, and she gets to lay in front of the gas fireplace every evening until it's time to go to her pen for the night. During the day we put her coat on her and she goes to the barn to socialize with the other cattle, staying under a heat lamp in the barn if she chooses, and then she heads back to the house at night. Once the weather warms up she will move to the barn full time, but for now, it's too cold at night and the poor calf is so lonely in the barn by herself it about breaks your heart. She's a house cow for now and seems to be pretty happy with her dog/cat pals and her humans! The night of the video, I had a craving for Teddy Grahams and frosting that I was sharing with the dogs. Peanut walked up to me, curious as to what we were eating so I offered her a bite. The rest is history!"
