Baby Joey Survives Mother Being Hit by Car

Info from Licensor: "Driving along, we saw a kangaroo had been hit and killed by a car. We checked the pouch and there was a lot of movement there, she had a baby joey in her pouch still well and truly alive. Popped the roo in the back of the ute and found a wildlife carer that cares for baby joeys. She says joey is a bit bruised and has a few scratches but will be fine. Joey does not yet have fur but is about 4 months old."
