Happy Little Quaker Parrot

Info from Licensor: "I normally visit my local bird shop to see what kind of baby birds they have out for shoppers to visit. This Quaker parrot saw me and started doing the species' signature 'quake' all while climbing up my shoulder. Once upon my shoulder he continued to show his excitement."
