Thief Gets Caught Stealing Tools From Van

Info: CCTV outside of a property builder's office caught a thief actively robbing a work van. Footage shows the thief parked behind the van and jimmying the back door open. One of the builders raced out and tackled the thief before he was joined by a colleague.
