Info from Licensor: "This was an unusual happening in one of the high-speed routes in the Philippines (South Luzon Expressway). A dog (Japanese spitz) was roaming around on the freeway. The traffic enforcers did everything to save the dog from being run over by cars. The motorists stopped, gave way, and cooperated. Luckily, the dog was saved and is now in the care of the traffic enforcers, waiting for her owner. No accident has been reported as well. The dog is pregnant which might also explain the way she acted, terrified and panicked."
