Scary Looking Chemical Spill in Georgia

Info from Licensor: "This is the video of a chemical spill in my area. It ran like this for several hours. This video is me in my backyard. Apparently someone thought they could wash out all the evidence and hide it cause we have had heavy rain for the past week. Hazmat and EPA are involved. We are still not sure why they did it."
